my first aunt got me Revlon's dark brown liquid eyeliner. she so cute! she mentioned that it looks better than the black one i always use cos dark brown eyeliner matches my hair better. which explains the gift. haha. my second aunt got me a metallin grey wallet! for a person who's very fussy about bags and wallets, i actually liked it very much! simple with alot of compartments and very slim at that! hehhhh.

but what's a pretty wallet with little money inside? =(

mum & i went to town yesterday.

i hear shopping! hehe. i bought the Shopaholic & Baby book cos eversince i saw it on the shelves, i feel like i must get it although i haven't finish reading Jodi Picoult. i'll find time for that book, no worries! so we walked around and i dragged her to Wisma cos i wanted to go F21. nothing caught my eye, surprisingly. i think Vivo's one is much better.

so we headed to Taka next and ZARA, baby! mum got for me 2 tops there. limegreen and orange! striking or whuuuut. wewtzzzz! got for sister one yellow top there too! :D well actually i only wanted to get the limegreen one but my wandering eyes saw the orange hoodie so........ YEAH.! mum offered (read: voluntarily) to pay for both.

after we left Zara, i felt bad. so i decided to treat her cake & coffee at Coffee Bean. but she didn't want! she said cake at Secret Recipe nicer.. so i said ok, but we have to wait until next time cos we couldn't find the nearest outlet. we walked on and i saw Auntie Anne's Pretzels! and them mummy dearest decided that i treat her that instead. lol. fickle fickle...

Dance Like There's No Tomorrow - Randy Jackson ft Paula Abdul

firstly, i wanna draw your attention to my current blog song!

it's cover of BEAT IT by FOB & John Mayer! cool or whuuuuuuuutttttt. it was my favourite routine in the dance concert. hehe. it's new on 987fm and i was shocked/excited when it played on radio! =B digressing, i knew Better In Time by Leona Lewis would be the next hot song playing on air. superb song but i've outgrown it. =/

2 nights ago,

parents, sister & i had dinner at Charco's located at AMK. the food was lovely. yet another foodplace listed on my family's 'let's go there again' list. the Rack of Ribs was best and i also enjoyed my Lamb Kebab which was soo cheesy! just the way i love it. :D

on the same day, i had my BT Practice and like i've mentioned, i've no idea how it was going to be. anyway, i did 2 booklets (i didn't know i could do the same booklet twice) only and left the place eventhough i have 20mins left. =/

in order to pass, we need to score 90% and above. out of 70 qs, babe! which means it's either less than 7 wrong answers or die! i got 91% for A and 84% for B. a pass and fail. well, i thought it was not bad for my first try and it's only a practice.

YESTERDAY,

was my cousin Nina's bday.


in the noon, i went for my BT evaluation. which is exactly like BT Practice except without the correct answers? -_-" i scored 88%!! 2% more to a pass but still - FAILED leh, tmd! HEART PAIN SIA, I SWEAR. i calculated and i probably only have like, 9 qs wrong.. 9 out of 70! that's ridiculous for a fail!! heart pain, heart pain, heart pain....

i booked another BT evaluation cos if i don't pass, i can't take my BT Test (which i already booked. =X).

TODAY,

i went for a second try at my BT evaluation. i was 3mins late but whatever. haha. i learnt my lesson and did each and every question slowly! i think 45mins is too long? or maybe i'm doing it too fast. cos it's fun to do it on a touch-screen computer what! tap tap tap tap..... so as i was saying! i tried to stretch the seconds i take to answer each question.

no use, pls! i reached the 50th question in 10min which means i have roughly about half an hour for the last 20 questions. HAHAHA. heck ah, i just finish the rest of the questions. got stucked at the 69th question and purposely dilly-dally. whaaack my answer and viewed my results.

i was looking forward to meeting them again after the concert but, ohwells.
on the other hand, i'm relieved too. cos i booked my Basic Theory Lesson 1.01 & .02 tmr at 12.20pm without my dance training in mind. OH, DID I MENTION? i enrolled for driving classes already! tmr's my first class luh. :DD so i'm pretty much half-dissappointed-half-glad that dance is cancelled. BOO YAY!

it's over. and it was a definite success. :D

our sweat, hardwork, muscle aches, growling stomach (one meal per day pls!), long tiring hours, frustration, 2 weeks of intense training... it all resulted in a solid concert. we poured out our soul. i'm glad everybody went through it from start till end. i personally wanted to back out but that will be a cowardly thing to do.

& i'm glad everybody was there for each other and we made it to the end. TOGETHER. (:

it was my first ever performance.
first ever production.
first time ever dancing.

and i did it with the greatest bunch of dancers in a concert. *beams*
i've grown to be a part of TPDE(:
with the coaching from Gin & Ryan, TPDE will be stronger as one.

can't describe the feeling of preparing fot the big show.
so much to say, so little time. heh.
overall, the concert was whoooooahhhhhhh!

plan was dance at 9pm, right? so met up with Beatrice, Vanessa, Munah, Syidah & Faezah at City Plaza to search for the black boots. got them! 40$. half-broke. then we split into 2, me with Syidah & Faezah while the other 3 girls headed to town first. we surveyed around the mall but nothing caught my eye cos everything was so.... slutty?

ANYWAY, we had lunch at Pelangi. Fish Hollandaise, yuuuuummy! :D during lunch, we received calls from Iris informing us that dance was cancelled! Zzzzzz. half-relieved cos we got more time to search for costume! then Faezah had to go off, so Syidah & I headed to townnnn! searched for the IP Zone sneakers but no size. went to Wisma, Taka, Lucky Plaza, Far East etc. settled some of my stuff that day.

YESTERDAY

accompanied sebas to Funan the Digitalife Mall (ahahaha) at 10am in the morning (!) to send her laptop for repair. HEHE, NO LAPPY FOR YOU FOR 4 DAYS! =B had brunch at KFC. cheeeeeeese fries, 4eva! i asked her if she confirm will come to TPDE concert and she said i'm lucky cos her camp's until 13th march! :D

was pretty sure dance's at 3pm so i kinda took my sweet time chilling with Sebas. then Syidah sms & told me it's at 2pm. Faezah told me 3pm. blog say 3pm. Andreas sms-ed Syidah who sms-ed me and said it's 2pm. 2-3-2-3-2-3, WTF?!?! assuming it was 2pm, i rushed there cos Syidah wanna find sneakers before training.

met up with her, HIP HOP PUSHED TO 5PM. %#&@!!!!!!! Christina was also on her way, so she met up with us too. walked around TM/CS and then at around 4+ headed to school. training till 930pm.

during training - 1pm to 5pm - Gin allowed us to search for our costumes. since our training was at OSchool today, we headed to Bugis. got my white super short shorts - 10$. BROKE and i'm pretty much done with costume. :D except for one.

WALKED AROUND BUGIS STREET LIKE, 657392741348 TIMES!! haha, damn funny but tiring. after "shopping", headed back to OSchool for training. && OMG, Munah was freaking daaaaaaaaring! whoever's there should know what i mean. GAHAHAHAHA. hilarious to the extremeeeeeeeee.

i've been using contacts and eyeliner alot for trainings lately cos i fear my specs will fly to the other end of the studio if i were to dance with it. i got so used to wearing contacts that i actually forgot i had specs on yesterday. yesyes, good right. everytime i tie my hair i'm like, oh ya must take out specs. lol lol.

AAAAAAAAAANYWAY, yesterday's training was fruitful, i feel. finally started with formation. it was all good. wasn't that tiring actually. just that the crouching to the standing alot of times made my thighs ache alot more! freak, i'm even walking like a penguin now! -_-

saw Faiz & Fizz since the rock wall was just beside dance studio. huhu.

Gin gave us lunch time yesterday! we were all so happy-dappy. hahaha. we need glucose to function properly, you know!

it's fun 60% of the time (i.e. when you get the steps right) but the other 40% is like figuring out the steps, learning new ones, brushing up and getting tireddddd! GEES, MY THIGHS ARE FREAKING ACHING! plusplus, there's alot of steps i need to get right.
