my group was the last one to do our part so we, along with the other groups, slacked in one of the science labs while waiting for our turn. we chatted, joked and stuff. talked about everything under one roof. ahaha.

after waiting for sooooo long, our turn was called!
we entered and realised there are 5 little rooms in 1 huge room. get it? lol.
while the group before us got dressed (yes, with the clean suit!), i managed to sneakily snap a pic of the place. the outside looks like an operating room! the metal benches looks like a operating tables. hahaha. it looks too professional for to be in a SCHOOL.

then we had to go through the filtered air "mini-room" before we can enter the real super clean room. there's where we do our stuff. yups.. we are so poor thing la, cos we were the last group and we had to find our own materials since most of them were used up! even worse, DrAlexLee totally let his hands off us and left the lab halfway, while 6 of us were stranded in the Clean Room!! like omg, scary can?! he didn't come into the clean room again cos it's troublesome to put on the Clean Suit. so he just waited and and looked out for us outside.

and we communicated through the glass window. -_-"
and then we had to clean up the friggin' place!!! grrrr.

but good experience overall la.

i know i'm not one of your close friends.
i also know that i may not be the person that you wanna spend every school minute with. i can totally uds that, no problem. but even as a casual friend or an acquaintance, a promise is a promise, right? you may argue that it wasn't a promise but at the very least, do what you said. it's a very simple gesture and it may not mean anything to you, but it does to me. so why did you have to forget abt me although i'm not one of your bestfriends?

school today wasn't really mundane.
though it was looong and draggy. 9am-6pm..
shagged.

BPharm practical was spent in the E-Lab.
we had to use the computer software to test drugs on a virtual rat. boringggggxzx. but the best part was when half the class was on MSN and we were all added in one convo. i didn't join the chat though, i just read what they crapped about. and it was friggin' hilarious! ROFL.

at one point of time, the crapping got super funny, the whole bunch of us giggled (quite loudly) and MsHor already suspected something.. "i hope you're not on MSN ah.. maximise your time properly blablabla.." and she walked around the whole lab. a few of them then left the convo. -___- chicken mcnuggets. chat so much then left so abruptly. LOL.

PIA practical was next.
the practical was boring. but the doing it was pretty fun cos us being brats managed to make little things seem funny. like trying to squeeze the D.I. water bottle to fill up until the calibrated line. nobody wants to do it cos we were all afraid of overshooting. lol.

and that somethingsomething that my group only knows. HAHA.

it was scary but we had a good laugh after we managed to clear the evidence. =B

AND OH! the teacher we got was like... OMG.
it's the second time i got her as a practical tutor and she never changed.
when we were right, she said we're wrong.
when we tweaked our mistakes, she was satisfied.
10min later, she came and said we're wrong, and told us the REAL correct one.
and real correct one was the FIRST thing we did.

AAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH.

we were supposed to use 50mL volumetric flask for the experiment. after a hard work of making our stock solution, she came to our bench, nagged, and told us we were supposed to use 100mL volumetric flask instead. so ok, we took the 100mL flask, did the stock and standard solution TWICE but still didn't get the correct answer.

mind you, one round of making the solution is tedious okay!

after awhile, she came to our bench again and she slowly said.........
"okay. i know why you never get the answer. because blablabla.. you use 100mL flask right? actually.. you have to use 50mL flask."
"YOU SAID 100mL! *insert super drama not-our-fault face*", i literally exclaimed.
LITERALLY! i was damn frustrated with all the diluting already man!
"i know i know.. i'm sorry. haha. i know it's my mistake.. ok do it quickly. time is running out."

we (my group) stared at each other, stunned, after she walked away.
OMG, SERIOUSLY. ugh! -_-
we did 2 more rounds before finally getting the answer.
*wipes forehead*

although how annoying/frustrating/irritating it is to have her give us wrong instructions over and over again, and although it's so hard to understand her english ("warm abit up"), it's still nice to be in her lab cos we're like "free". not very suffocating, if you know what i mean? haha.

except for the fpath quiz 1 luh. i am so screwed for that. i only memorised the autopsies part and neglected the rest so... serve me right. =_=

PUO tutorial quiz was a-ok. everybody gets a different question for this quiz. it's fun to see the many coloured papers around the class, heh. i chose blue and purple! wanted green but i can't cos yanru sitting next to me has green. and i can't have the same question paper with her. haha :D

i think i've got all the easy questions lor! for both topic 1 and 2.
it's like only a few steps. i was expecting to get the long enthalpy question for topic 2 but i didn't get that. abit dissappointed cos i studied for it and i wanna know if i really can do that kinda questions! but ohwell, nvm.

met up with ISWANDYlembu (finally, right?) awhile ago to pass him his shades.
he is damn slow can. i sms-ed at 730pm and he only left home at 840pm. rawrrrr! waited at multipurpose hall. he arrived with his stout bike, tried the shades on and his friend said he look like TERMINATOR. =_= not bad what.

i can't print the lecture notes cos it's in powerpoint format and i don't have powerpoint in my desktop computer. i have powerpoint on my laptop where i can download the file but then the printer cannot connect to my laptop which makes it pointless for me to download the file there because then, how would i print it? (: so it all goes back to square one.

sooo i had time for breakfast. i met up with x-bf for macs! :D

i thought school's gonna be pretty boring today.
surprisingly, it wasn't that bad.
it was all tutorials today.
biochem then organic chem then csas then maths & stats.

biochem is fine.
i understood almost everything. yup, crystal clear.
and there were familiar stuff like the protein synthesis thing in a cell where i learnt in MI. so yeah, it kinda helped. wewtz! we had a surprise quiz too! which i will flunk because 3 Qs were taught but i didn't come on that particular day and i didn't read the notes properly either. so yeah. BUT I UNDERSTOOD WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW AFTER THAT. gahh. it was all in the notes! if only i read it. roarrrrr.

organic chem. yadiyadiyaaa. the tutorial was easy peasy! pardon me for saying that but it was fun to do. that's because i understood what. hehe. got all of them correct! except for the last one. i misread the question. ):

CSAS was quite fun actually.
i laughed alot! weehehehe. we did role-playing and in my group with Alex Tan, Fareed and Yanru, i'm the mother! hehe. Alex is my son. so anyway, Alex was supposed to introduce me to Fareed (Alex's lecturer). and Alex went, "Hi Mum!" to me. LOLLLLL. he didn't know how to introduce! so i was like laughing already lar. then he tried again, "Hi lecturer (lmao!), this is Mrs Fareed." ROFL !!! i can die, i tell you. Yanru is suppose to be the Mrs Fareed. GOD knows why he introduced me to Fareed like that.

anyway, the point of this entry is a freaky stranger i met when i was travelling home. it was a malay guy and i first saw him at the MRT door at Tamp station. Nadiah, myself and him entered the same one. we were actually standing near the yellow arrows already but then he suddenly zoomed straight to the yellow line. my first impression was, "so kiasu." and i looked at his feet already on the yellow line.

so duh. then he rushed to the corner seat while i rushed to the opposite row 3 seats away. kind of like facing him luh. Nadiah then dropped off at Bedok. then i didn't think much lah, just minding my own cough-ness and sneeze-ness. then the woman beside me got up so i shifted to my right to rest my head against the wall. so i'm like facing him already. ok fine.

i didn't feel good you see so i kept leaning back and forward, slept then woke up. i actually secretly wanted to see which station he got off so everytime the train stopped, i peep at his shoes. hiakhiakhiak. anyway, we both alighted at jurong east. can you imagine? TAMP all the way to JE?! crazy. what a shit coincidence. he too was coughing badly and sleeping so no shit luh.

then anyway, i wanted to head out the door and he was directly beside me, AND HE LOOKED AT ME!! so scary can! he shouldn't care about a sick girl on a train lah okaaay! ANYWAY, i pretended not to see so when i transferred to the middle train, he got in the same door with me. by this time, i sensed something not right already. and when i got a seat first, HE SAT BESIDE ME!

i was just thinking, where would i be posted to?
i'm getting nervous. my first choice wouldn't be possible because COP is too low. for my second choice, which is NP, there is a slight possibility that i would make it. something which i'm reeeeeaally hopeful for, though i don't really like the school. it doesn't matter now cos i really want biomed. then there's TP. which i have a higher chance of getting into compared to NP. TP's COP is 14 (and i've got 13) and its course intake is 225 compared to NP's 110. so i have a great big feeling they'd put me into TP. which is pretty bad considering that it's in Tampines. then it's RP. errrrr......i really hope i don't get RP. i just don't waaant. =X

so all in all, i just have a GREAT feeling it's TP for me. not good. ))):
the reasons it's holding me back is:
1) it's far. mum said it's ok if i really want the course. not it's not okaaaaaaay! i have to wake up eaaaaarrrly!
2) the friends i make would probably be east people. sigh sigh.
3) that teeny chance i might cross paths with eyecandy* again. (yes, it's baaad.)

tried to hail for a cab cos i decided to go my mum's canteen instead of home. can't meet Sk anyway. he's working. waited around 20min for a cab? then i gave up and decided to take the beat-around-the-bush bus. i'm trying to say it takes a longer route to the interchange. then i asked Herry if he's walking to WestMall with his friends. and he is! so i decided to tag along with them and save my money on the bus ride to the interchange. hehs.

walked to WestMall with 07S5 peeps. Herry's classmates. felt so out of place but luckily got one class clown who makes stupid jokes. so i actually felt fitted 10min after he and the rest of the guys talked to me lar. the girls kinda ignored me. so proud. )): except for one lar.
